Making a Booking
A booking is considered made when payment of your deposit (or if less than 21 days before the tour starts the full amount) is received by Baja By Bus. Full payment needs to be received by us no later than 21 days before the tour starts. Failure to settle the balance by the required date will be regarded as a cancellation and your deposit will be retained.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Email is acceptable if the cancellation comes from the email address used to make the original booking. Cancellations result in charges as follows: up to 15 days before the tour starts 65% of tour costs, 15 days or less 100% of tour costs. Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Passports, Visas and Health/Travel Insurance
Each of the above are the responsibility of the customer, though we are happy to advise.
Changes to the Itinerary
We reserve the right to alter the itinerary from that advertised in the event of circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified immediately in such circumstances.
